This National Seminar on ‘People and Tigers – Shifting Trajectories of Ecology and Co-existence’ is being organized by Periyar Tiger Reserve and the Periyar Foundation. The Periyar Foundation has completed 4 years of remarkable achievements and is stepping into its 5th year. The Foundation Day on 22nd September has been chosen to inaugurate the year-long Platinum Jubilee Celebrations of Periyar Tiger Reserve.
How to apply: While final details are being worked out, we invite you to send your nomination for the seminar, which will be accepted until 20th August 2008. The Organizing Committee will review the nomination and intimate the participants regarding confirmation of accommodation and logistic support. Participants who present their paper should send their full paper or abstract in Microsoft Word format before 20th August 2008.
